Farm Products

Pasture-raised hen eggs are produced by the ~900 or so laying hens we maintain throughout the year.

Pasture-raised chicken
comes from the 600 broilers and dual purpose breeds we produce in a typical year.

Pasture-raised pork. We buy between 12 and 24 feeder pigs to raise each year from local pig farmers including Parker Farm, Elysian Fields, & Cane Creek Farm.

Pasture-raised lamb
comes from our own flock of 40 breeding ewes (Katahdin and Katahdin x Dorper crosses).

Pasture-raised goat meat comes from our herd of 10 breeding does (High percentage Boer crosses).

Pasture-raised dairy beef. We buy between 6 and 10 Jersey steers to raise each year from Chapel Hill Creamery in Orange County.

Pesticide Free Produce. While not certified organic producers, we follow organic practices in growing our produce. We focus on the spring and summer basics and pride ourselves on offering unique and heirloom varieties of potatoes, tomatoes, and peppers.
