Farm Products
Pasture-raised
hen eggs are produced by the ~900 or so laying
hens we maintain throughout the year.


Pasture-raised chicken comes from the 600 broilers
and dual purpose breeds we produce in a typical year.
Pasture-raised
pork. We buy between 12 and 24 feeder pigs to
raise each year from local pig farmers including Parker Farm, Elysian
Fields, & Cane Creek Farm.


Pasture-raised lamb comes from our own flock
of 40 breeding ewes (Katahdin and Katahdin x Dorper crosses).

Pasture-raised goat meat comes
from our herd of 10 breeding does (High percentage Boer crosses).
Pasture-raised
dairy beef. We buy between 6 and 10 Jersey steers
to raise each year from Chapel Hill Creamery in Orange County.

Pesticide Free Produce. While
not certified organic producers, we follow organic practices in growing
our produce. We focus on the spring and summer basics and pride ourselves
on offering unique and heirloom varieties of potatoes, tomatoes, and peppers.
