We are happy to provide customized tours of our farm that focus on what is important to you and your group. Tours must be arranged in advance, are $5 per person ($75 group minimum), and last about 2 hours.
Fellow farmers and the public have a chance to see Fickle Creek from time to time through the various tours we offer on a regular basis.
Piedmont Farm Tour
The Carolina Farm Stewardship Association coordinates annual tour of over 30 farms in Orange, Chatham, Alamance, & Caswell Counties. Most years it is the third weekend of April.National Small Farm Conference Tour
The USDA's 2005 National Small Farm Conference was held in Greensboro NC and conducted one of its farm tours here at Fickle Creek Farm.Tours for Children
Groups we have hosted recently include Spanish is Fun Academy (Chapel Hill), Sunflower School (Hillsborough), C'est si Bon Cooking School (Chapel Hill), and Exploris Charter School (Raleigh).Tours for 4-H & FFA

Classes that have come to Fickle Creek to learn more about the practices we use include NCSU School of Veterinary Science (Poultry Science), NCSU College of Natural Resources (Agroforestry), CCCC (Central Carolina Community College, Continuing Education in Whole Farm Planning), CCCC (Animal Science).
