JERRY'S OTHER BANDS
Why All Of These Bands?
Because I wanted to, ok? Each band was an opportunity to do
something that I hadn't done before. Either to play a new
instrument, or to play with people I admire. Actually, not
either: both! Later I hope to include a bit about each band and a
sound bite or two.
The feebles started out as a chance to do something really
different: play the banjo! - and to be in a band with my friend
Carla Burgess, who sings & drums. Murder Ballads were the
starting point, but now we play mostly originals. Thomas Wilson
plays upright bass, & Danny Moses fiddles.
I've been the drummer for Regina Hexaphone for
a year or two now. We released a CD The Beautiful
World in 2004 to a good response.
Semicolon, sadly, is no longer around.
But we had a good long run!
